3. Access Controls

We implement multi-factor authentication, secure password hashing, and session management. Employee access to user data is strictly limited with role-based controls, logged and audited access, and regular reviews.

4. Data Protection

We collect only necessary data and retain it only as long as needed. When you delete your account, data is removed within 30 days except where required by law.

Important: We do not use your meeting recordings, transcripts, or personal data to train AI models. Your data remains private and is used solely for providing the Service.

5. Security Monitoring

We employ 24/7 security monitoring with automated threat detection, real-time alerts, and vulnerability scanning. We maintain a dedicated security team with rapid response procedures.

6. Compliance

We maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards. We follow secure development practices including code reviews, security testing, and regular updates.

7. Your Role

Use a strong password, enable multi-factor authentication, keep your device updated, don't share credentials, and obtain consent before recording meetings with others.
